RESTFUL EVENING RESTORATIVE

Deep breathing, sacred sound and visualization to soothe emotions, balance sensitivities and prepare you for a night of deep rest. You will be gently guided to lean into your reserves of relaxation, soothing and calmness to allow a deep nourishing restoration from within.

8:55pm — Zoom waiting room opens
9:00pm — Welcome with sacred sound & settling down
9:05 — 15 minutes of Moon breathing and deep sleep breathing.
9:20pm — Body scan and Chakra meditation. Chakras are energy centers along our spine that control various facets of our experiences of joy, vitality, creativity, love and the desire to experience our deepest self.
9:30pm - 9:35pm — Close with Silent Meditation
Mahalakshmi’s teaching embodies her careful, disciplined, fluid and versatile approach to training with the breath. She gently guides you through a relaxed, soothing, subtle and powerful experience with your breath that culminates in a calm, centered readiness for deep meditation. You will leave her class clear, calm and deeply nourished.
