In this session, experience Yoga Nidra as a form of restorative meditation that helps you to tap into the open awareness of the body, and thereby cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and ease in body and mind. Have a mat, any props eg pillows to support your head or to place at the back of your knee, and a light blanket to cover yourself.
