Conclude every month, with awareness in breath and body
A nourishing home retreat

This nourishing lovingly crafted home retreat is intended to take participants on a relaxing and restorative somatic journey using the three mainstays of a calming practice - deep controlled breathing or Pranayama, a subtle inner journey through visualization and finally a complete restoration through Yoga Nidra.

In this special online workshop, participants will be guided through a selection of breathwork techniques, a deep visualization of the subtle body and its energy centers, and finally a complete relaxation in yogic sleep or Yoga Nidra. There will be a short 5-minute break in the one-hour session as well as opportunity for questions and comments.*
